The Leewood email list, called “ourcommunity”, allows us to both post announcements and to discuss matters of concern to Leewood. Using it is as simple as sending an email or replying to one. The list is interactive, in that any post to the list is seen by all members of the list, and can be responded to by any member of the list. It’s purpose is to facilitate communication within Leewood. Being on the list will ensure that you are on top of all the activity in Leewood, and will be one of the first to know about events. Joining the List takes two steps. First you will submit the email address that you wish to receive emails to, next you will need to log into that email and respond to the email that is sent. If you have any questions, please send an email to webmaster@leewood.us. We look forward to communicating with everyone. Using ourcommunity
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ourcommunity@lists.leewood.us. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ourcommunity
Subscribe to ourcommunity by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
